I made the mistake of hiring Joe to build my dream home, and boy, was that a plot twist. I expected walls and a roof—not live-action theater. Watching Joe “manage” a project is like watching a tornado organize a filing cabinet. First off, I’m not sure Joe knows what a blueprint is. He looked at mine like I handed him hieroglyphics.
