I must say that Dr. Kosches is a great doctor and very professional and very cordial. However, his staff especially Lorna is the most disrespectful and rude on the phone I have never been treated so badly by anyone in the medical field she is hostile and very ag aggressive and unprofessional when she answers the phone, she is very short and dismissive and patronizing when she answers the phone. Holy Cross accepted partial payments from me for my co pay balance, meanwhile (AT THE SAME TIME THEY TURNED IT INTO COLLECTION) Not only that the balance they claimed I owed them was questionable.
Doctor Leon (Leon something) horrible doctor, terrible attitude and extremely disrespectful. Made my family member feel horrible and discriminated. Stay away from his doctor if you care for your loved ones.

Worst office staff ever. I've tolerated their rudeness and clique atmosphere for 8 years. They have no idea what courtesy or "customer service" means. Not worth dealing with. This Dr. has no clue how to run his business, it starts at the front desk.
The most recent time I saw Dr. Arias I felt like I was in my High School Principal's Office. I am a 68-year-old woman who was seeing Dr. Arias for Pain issues. I was taken off Diclofenac by my PMC Doc. I have been exploring all avenues for pain relief. I tried Cryotherapy, CBD Cream, and other forms of anti-inflammatories. In July Dr. Arias prescribed 60 Hydrocodone Pills. It is October I still have 40 left. She ordered a Urine Drug Test. It came out positive for, she said Marijuana. I haven't touched this in years. He never made eye contact with me; I never saw his face. He was rude and left the office when I was trying to talk to him about pain I was having. I have finally had a CAT scan from another Doctor and there is an issue that needs to be attended to. Also, he said he would refer me to get a colonoscopy which was really needed, but he didn't follow through and do it. I felt He did not treat me as a person of any value.
