I took my 2002 Gold Wing here following a recommendation on Facebook. I had an intermittent electrical problem that meant the bike wouldn't go into reverse, essential for me to get it out of my garage. I couldn't have landed more luckily; Ed, the resident Gold Wing guru couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The bike had a great service, problems I hadn't noticed were fixed, the reverse works perfectly and the job was tackled more quickly than I expected. I had JWA recommended to me and my mate did me a favour in doing so. My options for service have been steadily eroded as first Preston and then Chester Harley dealerships folded. JWA carried out a service, MOT and another sizeable job on my Street Bob and the service I received was admirable. The young mechanic Francis gave me a thorough debrief on exactly what he had carried out on my bike. I have never experienced this thorough explanation from a main dealer. I cannot recommend JWA strongly enough.
Just got my Dyna converted to twin disc and had a stage 1 put on it and exhausts wrapped what a difference it's made first class job looks great as well

just got back to north wales from getting new tyres. brakes bled and pads. wheel bearings and mot. as always brilliant service from John and the team. wouldn't go anywhere else.
