Driver that picks family up on the day of the funeral. Drove off and left all the cars that was in line to follow him. He was driving way to fast to be driving to a funeral services. He was changing lanes like crazy. We had to call his car to another family member to slow him down. Then he wouldn’t apologize for his actions. I was once told if the head isn’t no good, then the body isn’t no good. He should be let go immediately.

My Aunt Mildred worked there and she would take me to The JW Woodward Funeral Home when I was a lil girl growing up and I never forgot it . They show so much love and care for so many people . When my sister in law arrived to the receiving funeral home, her clothes were stained from the slapdashed embombing procedure performed. Additionally her hair was not groomed and no attention was paid to the appearance of the body. Her clothes were ruined and her body leaked as a result of the inadequate embombing procedure. This was the worst experience I've ever had and I'm disappointed to receive such mediocre service from professionals in this type of industry when families are experiencing bereavement. I am humbled By Their professionalism and quality of service. The love and compassion that Dr Kay always display towards others.
