My experience with JAW Transmission was excellent. James correctly diagnosed the transmission problem with my Subaru Forrester. He even noticed that the part identified by my vehicles vin number was incorrect and got the right replacement part for me. My mom took her Honda accord due to a check engine light and we taught it was something bad but when they check it it was something small and they explain what it was to her and if it was somewhere else they would’ve took advantage of her so I just wanted to say they do a great job and they are honest people also I took my 2009 Mazda Rx8 and it was done well and we took my sisters 2011 Honda accord too.
Jim was fantastic. I had an urgent need and he found a way to accommodate me, even when he was on a tight deadline for another project. He got me back up on the road and running like I needed to be -- and was *more* than fair to me in doing so. If you are looking for honest automotive transmission servicers, JW Transmissions has got to be your first stop. Period. I can't say enough good things about Jim and the company.
