The owner helped me purchase a 6x12 enclosed and made the process easy even with all my questions. She stayed past closing to make sure I was taken care of and understood everything important about the trailer. Black diamond trailer drives great barely felt it behind my chevy 2500. Will recommend to anyone looking to purchase.
Worst customer service They act like they could care less for a sale They ordered a replacement part for a trailer over a month ago it never came in so I cancelled the order They don’t return calls either If I could give no stars I would Avoid this trailer company
Melissa at JW Trailers very knowledgeable, great personality, she explained everything clearly, I would recommend if you need a trailer go to JW Trailers
