They set you up with 3rd party companies like Gray Casualty and Hudson Insurance - both of which do not care about the customer on hand. Gray went as far as approving a claim as a households goods claim - funny thing, we are an auto transport broker! Update: Who you use is a reflection of your company. You have insurance companies approving illegal claims.
Was told I wasn’t approved for a sales tax bond because of credit and that I wouldn’t get approved any where else. Took them 3 days to figure this out. Went through another bond agency and got approved within an hour. These people are no help.
