Visited a lady from church. She's doing her rehab here. During the week visitation is after 4:00 pm. Weekends visitation is after noon. Staff is friendly and is concerned about their patients.
Doctors and staff took the time to listen regarding my concerns. Everyone was very attentive and professional throughout my entire stay.
We moved my family member to JW Sommer after experiencing less-than-satisfactory care at another local facility. The professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the environment, and the quality of physical and occupational therapy he received during his stay were truly outstanding.
I was taken very good care of the majority of the time I was there. When I transferred to another facility to finish my rehab I was unpacking & I discovered that several items of clothing was missing. I had a roommate for several days & don’t know if she took my things by accident ( they were in my bedside table) or on purpose. If it wasn’t her it had to have been an employee that took them & i hate to think that because i really liked most of them.
