If I could give 0 stars I would. Fortunately I haven’t had JW electric service my west Bloomfield home and won’t consider them after a recent encounter with one of their drivers on the highway. The very ignorant and dangerous driver of van 06. Cut me off completely while driving on the highway *didn’t use a left blinker* *BECAUSE IT DOESNT* see photo attached for proof. Had an electrical issue with my plugs not working and JW Shaw helped walk through my issue on the phone in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend and will call them for future needs.
JW and Austin did a great job installing our EV Charger! They are very nice, are extremely knowledgeable and the install went smoothly. They were neat, professional and even wore the protective booties on their feet in our house. They were reasonably priced and also did the permit! My husband and I highly recommend JW SHAW ELECTRIC!
Had a great experience getting a level 2 Ev charger installed in my garage with JW and his worker, Austin. He was the only electrician I got a quote from whose plan was in line with what the city required in order to pass inspection. We did have to upgrade my 100amp breaker panel to a larger one since my original was small and not configured to support tandem switches. Then he also installed a load manager and 240v dedicated outlet. Austin was professional and kept every area he worked in super clean. I would use them again ... read more
