JW Services Inc. of NC was the best service for us! We had storm damage to our roof that would be covered by our insurance. They worked with us and our insurance very quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is top notch! Our roof was completed in one day. The professionalism and superior quality of the workmanship cannot be beat. JW Services installed a new GAF/ ELK roof and seamless gutter system on our home in March and did a fantastic job. I had a lot of questions and concerns during the process and John did a great job communicating through the duration of the project. The crew did a great job on the roof and cleanup of the yard and driveway was done daily. We absolutely love the way the roof and gutters look!! John and his team did a great job on my roof. He was highly recommended by my realtor and did not disappoint. They got the job done in 1 day and cleaned up everything so quickly. The new GAF roofing is beautiful!
This young man went over and above to help me with filing the insurance claim and made several trips to answer questions and explain the process. His team arrived on time and finished the job within the time frame he quoted. Everything was cleaned and removed before everyone left. John was always a gentleman each time we talked and wanted to make sure I fully understood. I believe God sent this young to replace my roof.
