We are from WV and at a campground in PA. We couldn’t get our tankless water heater to work. I called JW and he told me over the phone how to get it working! He said to send him pictures on his phone and he diagnosed it from there. And for NO CHARGE! We couldn’t believe it! There are still good people out there! I highly recommend him for your RV issues! Thank you JW!

Had two slide toppers replaced and floor in bed slide replace. Jake's knowledge and personality made the process extremely easy. Turn around time was amazing and price was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend Jake for all of your RV repairs, will definitely call him for anything in the future that I may need.
Jake, was outstanding, he will never leave a job until he is satisfied with the job he is doing. He is detailed oriented, I will always ask him to repair the components on my RV.
