Recently I was shut down by gelled fuel in Grand Forks. It was a cold Saturday morning with most shops being busy or closed. JW sent out one of their service trucks within an hour of my call. The tech had the correct filters and promptly got me running. He even escorted me to Simonson to fuel my truck with No1 diesel. Great service. Thank you
