VERY disappointed in service. The plumber came to my house to see if it was OK to turn on water and gas after lighting strike and repair pipe that burst and flooded the basement. Charged money and said he would come back to repair pipe but would not return text or phone calls and did not get a receipt for insurance. AGAIN VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH COMPANY. Wouldn't recommend

Experienced a plumbing emergency, J&W was the only plumbing service in the area who offered immediate assistance. When they arrived they were patient and offered a detailed explanation of the issue. I will be calling back with any future plumbing issues I may have.
