James did an excellent job of refitting our bathroom to resolve issues due to a historical water leak caused by the original fitter. His responsive and helpful attitude to a complex task was exactly what was required and we recommend him without hesitation .
James fixed a leaking toilet for us. This involved a complete replacement of the hidden cistern which had been cracked. He was professional, communicated well, turned up when he said he would and left everything clean and tidy.
