Welcoming staff and reception. Dr. Wijaya was polite and detailed in his process. I brought my mother in for a bone scan. A tidy, well presented medical practice with newer facilities, recommended by my medical doctor GP to come here. Report timely recieved. Easy parking out front. Good experience all round.
The whole team and staff at JW Nuclear Medicine were fantastic. Gastric emptying studies are rarely offered regularly at other facilities, and wait times can often take weeks. Despite that, they scheduled a last-minute study for my daughter without any fuss whatsoever. The nuclear technologist, Joanne, was absolutely wonderful with my daughter, keeping her calm and completely at ease throughout the test. I had a bone scan done here and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From booking the appointment to the procedure itself, everything was smooth, professional and caring. The thought and planning that goes into each patient’s experience is exceptional and the whole process made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Absolute 15/10 experience. Highly recommend.
Excellent experience at JW Nuclear Medicine. Dr Johan was kind, professional, and very reassuring throughout my heart scan. The technologist and receptionist were also warm and friendly, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable, especially as I was quite nervous.
