As a Houston area homebuilder for forty years I participated in the building of thousands of homes. When it came time to retire we found a quality resale home built by JW Neathery n the Village at High Meadow. On a few occasions I've had questions about the home. Although the home is nearly 20 years old, and we weren't the original buyers, Mr. Neathery has always been happy to answer my questions. That's beyond all expectations and why I always recommend JW.

A flood is a traumatic experience! Having the renovation done by J. W. Neathery was a great decision. Skilled craftsmen, under the direction of Keith and Jeremy, did a great job of putting our home back together.
JW Neathery truly listened to what we wanted in building our Barndominium down to every detail . They were always available to answer any questions whether it was needing assistance in picking out colors to just general questions. They believe in giving you what you asked for and providing exceptional quality at the same time.
JW Neathery did an amazing job on our house after the May flood. We had a couple of bad contractors prior to hiring them, so my only regret was that we didn’t hire them sooner. The work they did was beautiful. Keith communicated throughout the entire process and made it virtually stress-free. His attention to detail and making sure everything was to our liking made it so easy, and he was very accommodating to any changes we needed to make along the way. The whole team was awesome!
