John was great! We talked to several contractors about the work we wanted to be done, and decided to go with John. I’m so glad we did. He was very communicative throughout the process. He was also very thoughtful about the work we wanted done, and the best possible way to do it. He pointed out issues we had not thought of, and was helpful in coming up with a plan to address them while still accomplishing what we wanted. The final bill matched the quote.
