We had Jacob do a inspection of our dryer at the end of June, he informed us we needed a part and said he would order it for us, he said it would be about 2 weeks out. 2 weeks came no update from him, 3 weeks came still no update.... we ended up messaging him, he responded saying he'd check if it was in, never got an update. We messaged him again after a month no response tried calling and it went to voicemail, tried to leave a voicemail, but his voicemail was full! Would not recommended.
