We worked with Pepper and Norman, and our custom building experience was better than we could have imagined! The team was very responsive and super friendly. We were presented with tons of options and customizations that we could choose from and added in a few of our own. We got everything that we wanted in the house, and we are absolutely LOVING it! We had a bad experience with a precious house builder, and this experience with JW Mashburn was the total opposite. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our home.

This is a local builder that combines quality construction with great customer service. Tony, Jesse, and Paige were pleasant to deal with during the process. Additionally, they stood by their warranty and repaired defects as needed.
JW Mashburn built us a great home! Quality and professionalism have been the norm since we first looked at our new house, and that has continued since we moved in months ago. No house is perfect, but Norman and his team have been very quick to take care of the typical issues that can crop up in a new home. This is not our first rodeo and I am generally a “hard” grader… but the Mashburn team has earned this rating from us. I highly recommended you consider Mashburn when you are ready to buy.
