The amenities are nice and the hotel is clean but this is not a 5star hotel, anyone who travels a lot and has been to a proper 5star hotel would agree. Both a colleague and I had our belongings go missing, there was zero ownership or accountability from staff. (My items from the spa, his a high end jacket while using same day dry cleaning service). The items did magically reappear when we pressed the hotel manager enough. Unfortunately those memories stay with you.

Our stay at the JW was great! The room was amazing with a beautiful tub. Great way to spend a relaxing evening. The staff heard we got recently married and sent up a complementry charcuterie board and champagne. It wa such an amazing surprise!
