Just checked in - come here if you want poor customer service. We waited 20 minutes at check in as they were dealing with one particular couple - no apology when it was finally our turn. We were told “gold is quite far from platinum” which, while true, is quite unkind when you’re splurging on a family trip, and just clarifying details regarding lounge pricing.
