Quite disappointed with my stay. I'm trying to enjoy the fresh and and views on my balcony and someone in the loading dock is running and obnoxiously loud engine that keeps backfiring and sounds like it doesn't have a muffler. They need to clean up their act, and train then service staff in the area of customer service
My partner and I stayed at the JW Marriott Gold Coast for 1 night during the weekend of the GC 500 V8 Supercars. From the moment we checked in we were greeted with big smiles and amazing service. We booked an ocean/pool view room with breakfast included. They had a variety of sweet and savoury foods which we treated ourselves to. This hotel was absolutely first class the service was always friendly, the facilities, the room and the whole atmosphere thank you for a memorable stay.
