Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Would not stay here again. Cons: Despite costing $500 a night, the spa and sauna is not included. This is an additional $50 per person per day. Service was disappointing. There was no one to greet us when we arrived and no one helped us with our bags. The check in attendant didn't do as we requested. The consistent theme throughout the stay was that you pay a premium to stay at a five-star resort, yet almost every additional experience requires an extra fee. Sauna access, snorkel hire, pool floatation devices — it feels as though nearly everything beyond the basic room and beach towels incurs an additional charge. When the experiences are either fully booked, eg float yoga, or simply not operating eg poolside bar and sandwich van, it significantly diminishes the perceived value of the stay. Love this hotel. Staff go above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. 10/10.
Our family had a very nice weekend stay here! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms and facilities were nice and the food was quite tasty. But the real standout was the pool area. There are multiple pools, hot tub, water slide and all kinds of activities. It was a very nice time for everyone!
