Terrible shipping experience. Ordered a workbench from Home Depot with white glove/room of choice delivery as it was going into an interior workshop. The two subcontracted delivery personnel refused to bring it into the home. Spoke with the JW Ops Manager personally who admitted they could have completed the delivery "if they had four people." I agree, they could have. Actually sending four people to do what I paid for was apparently too much. Check out that "white glove" delivery service in the photos.
