My 76 year old mother, who lives on her own and can't physically cut her own lawn, called for service and was told by the guy who answered her call, he "didn't service" her area. When she pointed out she lives 5 mins away, he then replied, "I have a 4 year old to consider". My mother replied, "Isn't this what you do for a living?" Needless to say she had to look elsewhere. I drove an hour to do her lawns myself.
