A good locally owned and operated business. They had my A/C blowing cold air in an hour.
Quick response, quick service for my air conditioner, and reasonably priced.
I'm sure they get work done sometimes HOWEVER we called to have them recharge our a/c system. They accused my mother as a first time customer of having not payed based on her first name and were very rude to her. We've used Garza consistently and they treat us way better. I'll retract this negative review if they fire the woman who answers the phones not before. Would never recommend this company to anyone. If we used them the last people we payed them cash. Amazing! Actually repair rather than just say you need a new unit. If a new unit is necessary, very good pricing. Get bids and you will agree!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I called to ask in regards to helping me vacuum a mini split and Jack was horribly rude. Told me “. I should have thought about that before I bought it “”he was horrible and hung up on me and refused to answer my calls, horribly unprofessional would never recommend this company
