I had sales person Bert come in and help us with a new a/c system. He gave us options and helped us to understand what we would need for our home. He helped us to understand what type of system we needed and what brand to go with. He came on Saturday to help us and then they were installing the new system on Monday.

J & W Service Rep Jonathan Deleon was excellent ! He listened to us explain the issue we were having, kept us informed during the process of repair. Very knowledgeable, polite and professional . VERY Happy with his service. Thank you ! Natalie and Rick - JCP Residents Advisor Ronald Palumbo came two days later to discuss replacing the smaller upstairs unit. He was very experienced and his explanation of our options was excellent. We are very impressed with J & W so far. Natalie and Rick - JCP Residents 5-10-24
