Josh first installed a new system for us 2 years ago. We were really happy with the work. We had a situation where a different worker knocked over something while installing insulation, causing us to not be able to run our heat until fixed. Josh prioritized us, knowing we had little kids at home and immediately fixed someone else's mistake. We just had him install a new system on another part of the house. I fully recommend after several years and several interactions.
THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT AND A SCAM! I scheduled a furnace check-up after the gas company was out replacing meters on my street and mentioned I shouldn’t be smelling gas from the furnace vent. I confirmed with them that all I needed was a basic tune-up. So I contacted JW Heating. The furnace was working just fine before this guy showed up. Shout out to JW Heating for some awesome customer service! Josh replaced our whole system and even worked thru the weekend to get us up and running. Also so cool that he is training a Keefe student with on the job training and there was lots to learn on this project. He totally removed the old heating cooling systems and replaced everything and added a smart thermometer! Thank you Josh!

Our furnace shut down this week on the coldest day of the year. Called J.W. Heating and AC. Josh showed up that day within a half hour, diagnosed and made the necessary repairs. What a great experience. He takes the time to figure out your problem and repair if he can, doesn’t take the easy way out and saved us money, not once, but both times he came out to work on our furnace. I highly recommend Josh and his company.
