After being let down by an installer at the last minute I reached out to Jake who was helpful and professional and promised to fit a new aircon 2 days later. His lovely team arrived as a storm was threatening and were unfazed by the location, work to be done, or impending rain. They were friendly, helpful, proactive and practical. I didn't appreciate my outside aircon unit being pulled apart & fiddled with when I wasn't home. He expects full payment on the day, but doesn't inform you beforehand. He doesn't respond to any communication and after paying the bill, he refuses to give you a receipt. I'm beginning to wonder if the aircon unit I got was brand new

Recently did a job for my parents at their house took off solar panels roof got checked for cracks and resprayed then the guys came back another day and put the solar panels back on, no hassle friendly guys thanks guys
