I met one of their techs at a local event who let me know they also work on gassers. I called and spoke with Jeremy, asking about flushing my transmission fluid. Immediately he noted it was most likely my spark plugs. He asked if I could bring my truck by for a test drive. He took time out of his day to drive my truck and confirm his suspicions, also giving me a diagram on how to fix it myself- which I expressed wanting to do. Thanks to Jeremy at JW my trip to Colorado was saved. He clearly knows his stuff. I was traveling through the area when my diesel truck decided it wouldn’t start. I tried everything I could think of with no luck. I called JW and he gave me some ideas to try and it worked. Thanks for taking time to help a stranded traveler.
