Incompetent brought car in for an appointment made 10 days ahead of time. Confirmed appointment day before. Brought car in 9:00 AM and was told that he was behind and needed it overnight. Later in the day saw him driving car around. Was told car would be ready at 9:30 next day. Went to pick up and the shop was locked the car was in the lot with key in it and had not be touched except for rap music on the radio. I don’t know how he is in business.
