Wow 🤩. What a fantastic service/dealer, absolutely first class. Brought blind after talking to Joel and it was better than he described. The Aircon stopped working after a couple of weeks of buying, so got it fixed and Joel payed for it, No questions asked. First class service all round and will be 110% looking to get my next car from him. A STAR
Bought my first car from JVW, super friendly and informative. Ensured the car was set up ready to go.
Would use again, and would recommend. Loved the car but unfortunately for me the car developed a EGR fault. True to their word they honored their warranty , worst part mind is dropping it off with them and loosing the car for a week. Their chosen garage used Landrover parts and solved it in the end. So now that car is back running smooth as anything. So a trustworthy car sales outfit and good to know you're not left hanging after the sale. Credit to them.
From the initial advert right through to picking up he car it was an easy and pleasurable experience. My initial attraction to the advert had all the information and photographs I could want or need. Viewing the car was a memorable part as the car was parked in a garage on its own, clean and well presented. Joel was knowledgable and personable all throughout and made the negotiations over the car professional and enjoyable. I can’t recommend JVW and Joel enough
