We met the JVS team at the Todays Bride Show at the I-X Center. We found them to be polite, professional and easy to work with. Their communication on the wedding day was great, their vehicles were nice and clean and service was fantastic. JVS will be our first call next time we need transportation services.
Everything about JVS is fantastic. Very professional, timely and extremely nice and helpful. If we ever need a bus or van again this is the company we will choose.
My husband and I used them for our wedding! Something unexpected happened and they went above and beyond to make it right and stayed in constant contact with us throughout. We will definitely be using them again!
JVS let me down on the day of my wedding, but they did try and make it right. We booked them (including putting down a $300+ deposit) nearly a year in advance for a small limo bus to take us and our wedding party to our photo location. They were supposed to show up at 2pm, to take us to the location at 3pm, and return us to the venue at 5:30.
