My husband and I used them for our wedding! Something unexpected happened and they went above and beyond to make it right and stayed in constant contact with us throughout. We will definitely be using them again!

JVS let me down on the day of my wedding, but they did try and make it right. We booked them (including putting down a $300+ deposit) nearly a year in advance for a small limo bus to take us and our wedding party to our photo location. They were supposed to show up at 2pm, to take us to the location at 3pm, and return us to the venue at 5:30. We hired JVS for my son’s prom and they were fantastic. Jose and Gabrielle communicated every detail clearly and made the process very simple, they even accommodated a last minute change to our time. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for transportation services.
