I do not generally leave reviews, but I bought a Vac100. Could not be happier. I owned a Avid Armor Ultra Series Model USV32. It broke, not the fault of the manufacturer, and I was looking for a new vacuum sealer. During my search, I called JVR and spoke with Peter. Really incredible product, features and accessories. Even better is the service from the team at JVR Industries. Just an example, I placed an order and inadvertently doubled up on the filler plates ordering 4 vs 2 (max that will work in the unit). I received a call from Andy of the JVR team within 10 minutes of submitting my order asking me if I really wanted 4 because you can only use 2 at a time. I purchased the Vac100 here. Andrew was an expert on the equipment and product lineup they offer. They have a showroom and can even do demos on the equipment. They offer many great commercial Vac sealer products and services.

Placed our order from Canada just paid for shipping upfront excellent customer service got constant update on arrival of our package and we really like our machine simple to use looks to be really well made
