Really incredible product, features and accessories. Even better is the service from the team at JVR Industries. Just an example, I placed an order and inadvertently doubled up on the filler plates ordering 4 vs 2 (max that will work in the unit). I received a call from Andy of the JVR team within 10 minutes of submitting my order asking me if I really wanted 4 because you can only use 2 at a time. I purchased the Vac100 here. Andrew was an expert on the equipment and product lineup they offer. They have a showroom and can even do demos on the equipment. They offer many great commercial Vac sealer products and services.

Ordered and received our Vac100 and other accessories. The packaging of all the items delivered was excellent--arrived unscathed by FedEx and on time as JVR promised. The setup instructions were excellent. The unit came with a Warranty Certificate. I contacted JVR support through email about not seeing the serial number and date on the unit's data plate and the reply was quick! So far, the experience with JVR has been very positive from purchase, shipping, quality, and customer service! We are very pleased! Now...what else c... read more
