This is no longer the old JVL Office facility. Not sure who owns the building but, It is currently operated by Superior Home Healthcare Services as one of their two assisted living facilities
I have called twice to inform them to secure their empty apartment because of a break-in and the "assistant manager", I believe her name is either Kathy or Karen, was very rude and unprofessional. I can see why others have posted negative comments about this company. She needs some people skills and they need to care more about their property.
The worst company I've ever worked for in my entire life! I wouldn't send my worst enemy there! Very unprofessional in the office with employees as well as with tenants!
These people are very unprofessional. They do not want to complete any maintenance and act like they are mad when u call for a repair. Ceilings are actually falling in! Do not!! I repeat do not waste your time and money renting from them!!
