11.20.2025- they always take time for me when I have an issue or question. They're just great people. These guys are really good people. The shop is immaculate, they are very friendly and professional. They are very thorough and got my Mini back on the road at a ¼ of the cost of the dealer.

I didn’t personally have service by them, although they were the most truthful, honest, respectful and knowledgeable people when I went to have an inspection on a vehicle before I purchased. They saved me a lot of money and they have gained a customer, once I get a running vehicle I will be back. Thank you guys so much again.
absolute scammer 527 for tune-up included no plugs, only 1 ignition coil, and one air filter. My car started running absolutely like it had not had a tune-up. Well I took it to a mechanic, and they said you need new spark plugs..and since JVS only changed the one that was easy to get to ...( they did not have to lift the cover to get to them they were lazy) . We purchased a 2018 BMW M3 from JVB a few months ago, we were fortunate to work with Tyler. We purchased the vehicle sight unseen (photos only), it was all based on trust. Tyler was honest and very accommodating, he took care of everything! The only issue we had was with our local SOS, they screwed up our paperwork but, Tyler was there to save the day.
