The interaction was not helpful. The representative repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to finish my questions. I called simply to ask a few service-related questions and was not expecting anyone to come out that day. My sister went to this place to get a power mobility chair and they were so rude and simply mean to her. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They hide behind all the reviews out of Cedar Rapids also. BUYERS STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Love my scooter but wondering if you have a 4wheeler one cause you are awesome to work with!!!!
