The staff went way above & beyond to help me find a lift chair. They even delivered it the same day! Excellent service.
The interaction was not helpful. The representative repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to finish my questions. I called simply to ask a few service-related questions and was not expecting anyone to come out that day. However, she continued to repeat that no one was available, without addressing any of my questions. I even offered to visit the store in person, but again, I was interrupted before I could finish speaking.
