From the start to end was great experience the salesman came out was very professional and knew what he was doing and talking about.. Had few other quotes and they were just "SALESMEN".. They kept trying to push brick on my pool instead of the precast coping we were desiring .. Those guys re-plastered my pool. The surface is so rough that my children are scraping their screen off. Every time i am trying to contact them i am told that someone will call me back and no one calls. Had to yell at the receptionist so some guy called me back said he will come and check then did not come. Called again, yelled at them, guy shows us, verifies the problem, says he will report to the office and call back with solution. Week went by, not one calls. It's middle of the summer already and i still have no solution ... read more
I have dealt with JV Pool Plastering a few times and they are just fabulous. They are always very pleasant to work with, and also have a very friendly and fun staff. All my work was completed on time or earlier than expected, and any problems were promptly fixed with no cost. I would reccomend JV Pool Plastering to everyone I know!
