They sold my brother a broken BMW that broke down after a week of use and were disrespectful when we called to see if they had a tow truck that could take it back to town.
I asked there's any issues I should be aware of about a car I was interested in. They say all is good. I drove 30 min to find out the AC is not working! What a scam! I should have trusted the bad reviews but I was a fool to give them a chance! Stay away! Update after your response: This is a lie, I specificaly asked your representative who replied afterwards that he/she didn't know the A/C is not working. Screen shot attached.
Bought 2012 Jeep Liberty and within a week both head gaskets went. Yes your 100% correct. I wasn't going to leave a negative review but your company came across my page. Within a week of me purchasing this car fro you guys I got stranded with the car overheating. I called your manager and you guys refused to do anything. I had to have both head and head gaskets replaced, AND the warranty you guys gave me wouldn't cover it because it was a pre existing issue.
