He's a knowledgeable and competent mechanic, but his pricing is higher than expected. He mainly focuses on simple part replacements rather than more complex repairs. He was also unwilling to assist with returning a faulty part to O'Reilly, since the purchase was made using his debit card. Overall, I'm not sure I would recommend him to new customers.

Our undercarriage protection broke loose and was interfering with our drive home from AZ to AR. Called JV Mobile on a Late Sunday afternoon and he showed up and had it removed in less then 20 minutes! Quick and friendly service.
