From start to finish JV Mechanical Contractors, Inc. were a joy to work with. All aspects of the buy and the process to install were clearly explained to us. They were able to install just a week later and the electrician as well as the installers were professional and very competent. We couldn't have been happier with the whole process. Not to mention that now we have a beautiful efficient mini split in our sunroom.
They have had to jump through hoops to help me through the Mass Save approval process and made in very painless for me!
I’ve had JV Mechanical clean my furnace for a couple of years now. They are always prompt, kind and professional. This year we had them also clean our AC. Both showed up early and answered my questions. Definitely recommend them.
Rooftop A/C unit failed during one of our recent heat waves. Customer Service Lady Collette was very professional and helpful on the phone. By noon the next day, unit was purring like a kitten AND two other units were cleaned and serviced. VERRY Happy customer!!
I can't say enough about this company! Not only did they squeeze me in during the hottest week of the year for a split AC unit, they were beyond professional and efficient.
