Based on other reviews, sounds like Miguel does great work. Sadly, I contacted JV Home Services and they subbed out my job to Prime Experts without telling me. The tech brought dirty equipment to my house and blew black soot all over my kitchen. They also put something on my vents and now they are multi-colored. I called JV Home Services and asked to speak to the owner. The call back came from the manager at Prime Experts. The manager was supposed to come today and fix my vents. He neither called nor showed.
I reached out to J.V. Home Services because my air duct needed a thorough cleaning. They managed to slot me in for an appointment on the same day, showing up 10 minutes earlier than expected. Their professionalism was commendable, and they were genuinely pleasant individuals to interact with. The complete task took roughly 20 minutes. He addressed all of my inquiries and offered valuable advice for the maintenance of my system. Being a member of their loyalty program, I was promised a next-day visit and they kept their word from the time I joined last year. I am really fond of their service in Cave Creek.
A big thank you! Miguel did an outstanding job on our air ducts that needed some serious attention. They appear as good as new. He also serviced the ventilation system on our main floor and everything feels so fresh and clean now!
