I had a very disappointing experience with JV Crash after my insurance company referred me to them for car repairs following an accident. I expected professional service, but what I received was far from it. The communication was poor and the quality of the work was subpar. I’ve since reported the experience to my insurance company and hope they reconsider working with this shop in the future. If you’re considering JV Crash—especially through your insurance—I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
If I could give them minus 5 stars I would!! Car was repaired in reasonable time however when I picked it up, the trim was not reinstated properly. Loose bolts, bad vibration when driving and washer bottle was damaged. Returned the car to them to be fixed properly and they addressed all the problems, however they denied that they damaged the washer bottle and just patched it up with silicone.
