Couldn't be happier from our first phone call to repaired washer. Ladies in office were more than helpful and kind. Scott was prompt, friendly, professional, and made sure that I understood not only what was wrong, but what caused it. Wouldn't hesitate referring him, or calling should I need another repair. FYI.. Anyone that knows me, knows I don't give good reviews unless well deserved.
