Really knowledgeable team - Lars and his colleagues. Absolutely professional services and they always take the time and care to fix my bike.

Lars provide exceptional service (even speaking mandarin) for my company e-bike when I needed help most. Communication on pricing regarding what’s parts needed fixing/replacement was clear. And he seemed very passionate and I felt satisfied with the repair. Would definitely choose JV Bike again if I need help for my personal bike in the future!
