I bought a pair of handlebar grips from their webshop. All went well.
The staff at the service department were very friendly and were helpful and didn’t try to overcharge me for a routine tuneup. Would definitely recommend them for your next bike tuneup.
Absolutely terrible service. I was in a pinch with a broken bike and the guy locked the door in front of me and I was like can I please just buy this one bolt and he looks at it and goes oh we saw that but you’ll have to come tomorrow. I’ve already locked the door. Like imagine being so heartless you can’t walk inside and grab one bolt for me and sell it to me for five dollars like bro I have to pick up my kid In an hour, and I live across town. I just bought a tern d8 today and my first time here and the staff is friendly and very patient letting me try and ask questions and I know Lars the mechanic from a previous bike shop so very pleased customer.
