Super helpful and knowledgeable. Was able to test out bikes and choose the one that was right for me. Free installation of parts purchased with bike and free tune-ups for life as long as you go once in the first year.
I love this place. Hadn’t tuned my mountain bike in years (shameful) and brought it in - they made it ride like a brand new bike for a very reasonable price (probably less than I would’ve paid if I’d tuned it regularly). My bike seat got stolen and I brought it in, and they helped me with a new seat for free! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
This shop was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make my visit and ride in Vancouver successful. Highly recommend.
Lars and Gabriel were so helpful assisting me with my bike and provided excellent customer service! Highly recommend JV Bike!
