Lars did a great job fixing my bike! I had a broken chain, and he got me back on the road quickly. He was professional, explained the tune-up process clearly, and made sure everything was running smoothly before I left. I usually only leave reviews when the service is excellent, and this definitely deserved one. Thanks, Lars!
Henrique is an absolute hero and legend!! I had snapped my single speed bike chain on my ride and went to 2 different bike shops around the area, none of the shops had any in stock. Then I came to JV Bike to the bike service desk and met Henrique, he searched all over the shop to try and make sure I got back to my ride. After a couple tries we found a perfect fit and he got it installed within 10 min. Such a friendly, genuine and professional experience! Highly recommend
I had a great experience buying accessories for my bike at JV Bikes. Damien was helpful when I was figuring out which were the best options for me. And then when I ran into an installation problem after buying them (problem due to my bike, not the accessories), I called and Damien said to come back and he would have a look for me. Came in to pick up an online order and got a few accessories and consumables at the same time. Good selection of both fancy and functional at a reasonable price. Lars was quite helpful behind the service desk getting a few oddball pieces for me.
