I had a mixed experience with this store. On the positive side, the customer service was friendly and responsive, and I appreciated the email notifications and follow-up regarding shipping. Very nice store. Looks family owned. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was asked if I needed help. They provide me with some useful information about certain products I did not know about. They have things at a reasonable price to! Im am grateful they took time to show me their products and give me a brief explanation of each item. As a student barber this gave me the boost and more confident with what comes next. Will definitely come back when I need stuff!
