My family of 2 boys under 6 and a newborn in the car broke down on hoxton park main road, on a SATURDAY. Stressed and scared I took the kids to a playground and jv autoworks just like Batman was the only person to answer our call to help and in (im not joking) 5 minutes, he was there fixing the tire, completely replacing the studs and nuts in about 15 minutes in the middle of the main road. Justin and Eli were the only local mechanic to call me back and help fix my clutch issue. They kept me updated with timeframes throughout the day, diagnosed the problem and even went out of their way to supply the part and get it fixed the same day at a great price. Highly recommend anyone local who needs a reliable and trustworthy mechanic as I’ll be taking my other car for a valve lash adjustment with their high level customer service soon. Bonus points for Honda knowledge 🤙
