I spoke to Joe at JV Auto repair and was able to schedule a follow up appointment the next day to look at my friends Jetta who was scheduled to travel back to Texas although her AC was not functioning correctly. JV quickly identified that the new compressor from Napa was defective but still under warranty. I returned the defective unit back to Napa for a full refund and opted to replace it with a new unit from the dealership. JV installed it that same day and I was up and running without issue.
