Horrendous life altering experience with Juxgold. Poor excuses. Led me on for 2 years. Took my home after enacting sunset clause. Sold townhouse for their own profit. Do not trust.
Terrible, refuses to attend to defects. Poor quality build.
A timely reminder for those buying residential off the plan to have a good solicitor review your contract. In particular the “sunset” clause.
