This has been by far the worst company I have ever seen, they are unprofessional, they have no desire to put the children’s needs before their own. The BTs do not show up for their scheduled times and there is no consistency. When you bring up your concerns the services continue to be threatened. They say their taking on new clients but yet they can’t even staff the clients they already have.
