I'm 79 and shopping for a vibration plate. But.....the price is beyond most senior retirees income and it doesn't even have bars to hold onto. Your statement that it is low impact and safe. Most of plates have about 99 settings to choose from would put them in same category and a lot cheaper starting at $1,000.

I had the juvent for about just under 2 years. It only took me 4 days to realize I’m not sending it back! My left knee felt like someone nailing a hot nail into my knee. My right was starting to go. I had a limp for almost 3 years after 2 failed surgeries. Lower back had issues.. I was always in pain from head to toe. And now I’m in ZERO pain and I got my life back. I’m back in CrossFit 4-5 days a week. It’s literally the perfect machine. You won’t regret buying it.
