Rude staff, no information, just routed to voicemail. They promise a return call within 24 hours. Never happens. Weeks/months go by. Not just terrible attorneys, terrible office staff. They assume everybody is a horrible person and they don't listen to what's going on. I'm the non offending parent and I'm pushed under the rug. They talk rudely and somebody needs to investigate and fix their issues.
If you ever have the misfortune to be assigned Bruce Williams, I truly feel for you because he sucks. He is terrible attorney. He's clients are a mean to a end and he hates having to represent them. Williams views his clients as the scam of the earth and he can't wait to retire. Williams believes he is doing you a favor when he actually prepares for your case. A very professional group. Committed to doing what is best for the juveniles they represent. Staff is very helpful in assisting the navigation of the court system/process.
